Ya'll keep in mind that heat training does also equal heat damage so just be careful if you don't want to damage your curls!

What are some tips on how to keep your hair straight after a workout or when showering!? Cause even with a shower cap it gets wet sometimes.
I know you're asking her, but a bonnet with a grocery bag over it works the best for me. I don't even buy shower caps anymore.

It maintained really good! I do touch up my hair while it’s straight 1-2 times but I feel way better about doing that with this flat iron bc I don’t have to straighten every single strand over again so I didn’t create a lot of damage

Hey, how do you prevent humidity from making it puff up
The best way to avoid that is straightening ur hair in winter when its dry as opposed to doing in in the summer when its humid
It’s really hard to and it usually frizzes but John freida frizz ease helps annnd I usually cover my hair when I’m outside/ don’t do too many outdoor things until I have a good oil balance in my hair(after a few days if it being straight)
