I have lived free, full of joy and expectation without medications, putting into practice all God taught me himself by his Holy Spirit from His word bringing me to a place of wholesome mental and emotional wellbeing.
I am now committed to helping people break free from depression and other mental health problems with God's help using the principles He taught me.

God heals and this thing is more spiritual than psychological .
I was a heroin addict homeless, hopeless, dying! Jesus came into my life and changed everything 🙏
@shoshanna8475 It's my great pleasure 🙏 ..then I told my daughter about Jesus and how he set me free. She had mental health issues at the time and was sometimes suicidal. She went into her room, got on her knees and asked Jesus to come into her life aswell. She got born again and Jesus delivered her too. Today she is radiant and free 🙏
I'm struggling with a lot of the same stuff now. This message was REALLY encouraging for me! I love your heart for Jesus, He is GOOD! I must always take Him by His Word and not live by what I feel. God is FAITHFUL to those who call on His Name! Great is His faithfulness!
Please pray for me, that would be appreciated. There will be better days ahead and God will protect me, my family and accomplish abundantly above what I can even imagine right now, in Jesus name- AMEN!

❤I read this verse over and over and over again for a year. I had that SPIRIT. OF. FEAR. It is an entity, a demon.
I couldn’t shake it. I got closer to God. I kept searching for him in the Bible and his presence. He comforted me when I felt alone and when I felt no one understood me.
The Holy Spirit told me to fast 3 days and go to my non-demoninational pastor and ask him for prayer against spirit of fear. I told him I didn’t believe in it but if he thinks it’s real then he can pray for me.
I grew up baptist. I was never taught of the devil and spiritual warefare. But that day when I asked the pastor to pray for me. He commanded spirit of fear, spirit of depression, spirit of suicide to leave me and IT LEFT ME! Demonic screams came out of my mouth just like in the Bible in the book of Acts 8:7. And in Mark 1:21-34.
I was healed instantly and felt the peace of God like a warm blanket of love on me. Jesus truly is a healer and a deliver. In Isaiah 53 says by Jesus stripes and wounds we are healed and made whole.
Jesus bore all (mental) illnesses and (physical) sickness for us on the cross. And he gives us peace and healing and freedom in his name.

I lost my little sister and big sister to cancer. My mother had cancer but died of a broken heart. My father past from cancer.
My wife of 25 years is batteling cancer and i was diagnosed with the same cancer of my father. I struggle with intense depressions and issues of psychosis. Life can be ruthless but never give up.

I'm so sorry to hear of this. You and your family must live near some kind of toxicity. This is not okay. The county, or some agency, should do some environmental research. I pray that the cause is found to end your family's suffering. Much Love

ive been looking for someone with a positive testimony about coming out of depression and then i found you. Its been a very terrible 12 weeks for me😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. I feel like this feeling will never go away. i feel so hopeless and worthless but i am encouraged seeing someone who has overcome and i hope that someday i will make it to the other side and will have a testimony. Thank you Jesus! that was for me! I’ve been going through these overwhelming feelings of depression since yesterday and today just sleeping in bed and staying in my room the whole day and just couldn’t pull myself out of it. It’s like a dark black hole you have to pull yourself out of. I couldn’t think of anything to do, so I got into the word. Opened my bible, and just read like crazy. As I read through, I read aloud scriptures that spoke to me, paused re-read, pondered on it if I had to and pray if I had to as I went. Non-stop, and at the end of the day, I felt better like some burden has been taken off my shoulders and my mind felt a-bit lighter. Then I came across this channel, I don’t know for what reason I clicked to watch, but I just did and I’m grateful. And I will continue reading, praying and praising God through this unique Journey and see Gods mighty hand in this. There is no black hole or dark place that God cannot find you & reach out to you. Everything to God is laid open before his eye, even depression. Gods word can penetrate the darkest corners of your mind. Thank you Jesus!

Very true , I remind myself about Matthew 13:25-26 " Whilst men slept , the enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat , and went his way ,when the wheat sprouted and bore grain , then the weeds also appeared " In my case , i used to wake up with a heavy depression from nowhere , but Gods mercy made me discerned that the enemy planted the spirit of depression overnight , in order to capture my mind away from serving my assignment with God , The mercy of God , pointed me to psalm 51,12 " restore in me the Joy of your salvation and a willing spirit to sustain me " and as the living God is my witness , the spirit of depression is gone, I am reminded that Jesus came to set the captives free, but the enemy comes to capture the mind to make us slaves to mental illness , But reciting the word of God , over ourselves with blessings and righteousness in Christ with prayers and fasting , with his grace and mercy , qualifies us to hide under the shadow of his wings, and the Angels of the Lord encamps around those that loves him, Depression is a satanic poison of the mind but the Kingdom of God offers a healthy mind for eternity , God bless you all for sharing your testimony to help others well away from the spirit of depression that the enemy implants on the mind with the sole purpose to lead victims to suicide ,

Great testimony am glad that Jesus healed you/can you pray for me I to suffer with the spirit of anxiety and stronghold from a traumatic incident.

Who isn't intelligent and hasn't got no friends and nowhere to go sitting there overwhelmed with boredom and anxiety trying not to use drugs that you've just come off..feeling suicidal thoughts

That's so great when person is openminded enough so he/she can believe in saving power of God and etc. That's similar to placebo effect. That's reallly a blessing. But when you damaged like me when all you see is death and that's the only reality like time's running fast, we're getting older and weaker, we lose everyone we love and the only thing that ever helped me was a pill, it just won't work. Because I still believe but the restrictions of reality are inescapable if your logical skills are so high you can't simply rely on what's above our abilities of understanding the world's building. God is above these abilities.

I am extremely insecure.
A Vedic monk on UA-cam made me believe in God again through his knowledge. He answered all my questions that Christians could never answer.
Then 3 years ago I started with the Maha Mantra, i.e. Krishna consciousness. First, I was completely freed from my alcohol addiction, and other positive changes.
A year ago I was so drawn to modern Christian worship songs. My heart was drawn to Jesus. Then I looked more into Christian videos, which then really scared me because they said that all Far Eastern religions are from the devil. Then I only practiced the Christian faith for 2 months, but nothing changed or improved at all. Then I looked at the Bible, and it made me afraid of God because it says that only Jesus is the way back to God, all others go to eternal hell. That poisoned my love for Jesus.
Everything in me is destroyed and torn.
I loved Jesus but now I can't 😞

Like you, I was a go getter. Like you, I was a straight A student. Like you, I went to med school. Like you, I had the same raging racing thoughts & fear I couldn't control, in med school. And much like you, I got saved by the Word, for you The Bible, for me Bhagavad Gita (God Talks With Arjuna by Parmahansa Yogananda, saved my life.)
It's uncanny, I can't believe it.
The only points of difference is that I may never have gotten hallucinations, I didn't see anything that was not there but there was definitely delusive thinking. And just extreme dissociation, to the point I felt the reality to be leached of life, it still feels so dead, so flat as if I'm on a movie set.
But what I learnt from & during this state is much of a spiritual awakening, I understood the shadows within us through shadow work, how the Ego works, how our mind is a cluster of numerous faculties & we're none of them. And how what we actually, ESSENTIALY, truthfully are, is just a spotlight of attention that highlights & perceives. We're a movie watcher inside a theater. And we're neither the movie nor the theatre!

❤I read this verse over and over and over again for a year. I had that SPIRIT. OF. FEAR. It is an entity, a demon.
I couldn’t shake it. I got closer to God. I kept searching for him in the Bible and his presence. He comforted me when I felt alone and when I felt no one understood me.
The Holy Spirit told me to fast 3 days and go to my non-demoninational pastor and ask him for prayer against spirit of fear. I told him I didn’t believe in it but if he thinks it’s real then he can pray for me.
I grew up baptist. I was never taught of the devil and spiritual warefare. But that day when I asked the pastor to pray for me. He commanded spirit of fear, spirit of depression, spirit of suicide to leave me and IT LEFT ME! Demonic screams came out of my mouth just like in the Bible in the book of Acts 8:7. And in Mark 1:21-34.
I was healed instantly and felt the peace of God like a warm blanket of love on me. Jesus truly is a healer and a deliver. In Isaiah 53 says by Jesus stripes and wounds we are healed and made whole.
Jesus bore all (mental) illnesses and (physical) sickness for us on the cross. And he gives us peace and healing and freedom in his name.
