I just noticed your Defender Arcade cabinet is not original but possibly some Stargate/Defender combo unit. There is an Inviso button on yours. Didn't have that button on Defender. I just bought a combo control unit for just Defender and Stargate myself from a guy in the UK that builds replica control boards for arcade enthusiasts. I use MAME to play them. Perfect controls. All leaf switches.
The cabinet is original but the control board is just like you said. It had a board inside that has alit of Williams games on it but because of the controls I can only play Defender and Stargate. I work 6 days a week, 12 hour shifts so I never play it. Funny thing is I have 5 arcade games in my house that I never play. One of them is a completely original Asteroids Deluxe cocktail game. Also a completely original Donkey Kong cocktail game. It even has the book that came with it that told the repair man how to work on it.
Random question. Where do you get your record sleeves at. Thanks
