I like how you gave your thoughts on each cover. Some of the 2003-2007 reprints have the same covers as the first prints. The classic cover of the Werewolf of Fever Swamp looks more scary with the werewolf standing on his hind legs.
I do love the classic covers, especially for the book "The Curse of Camp Cold Lake" (I think it's called that, idk), but one thing I absolutely *ADORE* about the new covers is how the images are more dynamic. They almost remind me of the covers for the Tales From the Pizzaplex series.

Can’t even find a original one day at horror-land edition book online anymore. Good thing I still have my own, when I was part of the goosebumps club back in elementary. Actually you can if you go on eBay.
Though, Jacobus' work is always top tier, I'm not going to pretend Brandon didn't do some of the covers well and a handful surpassed the original. I would say Brandon's best covers are "The Abominable Snowman of Pasadena", "Attack of the Jack o Lantern", "Please Don't Feed the Vampire", and "the Blob that Ate Everyone"
I’d say most of the Brandon Dorman covers are improvements in every way if only not as nostalgic, except the Slappy covers. Every time Tim Jacobus makes a Slappy cover, it’s significantly creepier than any 2015 iteration.
The werewolf of fever swamp, the house of no return, the haunted game, the perfect school, the snowman of Pasadena, An old story, and you can't scare me it's very bone chilling

What about each of the other book covers?
@@thedetonator9815 they're all absolutely fantastic!
@@thedetonator9815 The original Barking Ghost cover is one of the scariest.
I like the Brandon dorman covers
1:29 Ghost Beach is my favourite goosebumps book
Why they took all the episodes off from Netflix⁉️they only left like 4/5
12 episodes are still there. They are the two part episodes of The Haunted Mask 1 and 2, A Night in Terror Tower, The Werewolf of Fever Swamp, Welcome to Dead House and Night of the Living Dummy 3.
All the other episodes can be watched on UA-cam.
The subtlety of the font in the original covers’ titles. Much more spooky.
I think I love the dummy and my biggest concern is the don’t feed the vampire 😅
Good things in the Italian version:
Books have Jacobus's covers and Brandon Dorman's title font
The puppet slappy my step brother used to scare me with that book cover
The original one day at horror land is my favorite the cover just looks so unsettling and eerie and has a lot of dark colors Edit: my second favorite cover is the original edit: haunted car, and my third favorite cover is the original there’s a shocker on shock street it just looks like a 1960s movie , and my fourth favorite cover is the original you can’t scare me it’s looks so cool and the background perfectly fit’s with the mud monsters, my number 5 favorite cover is monster blood it’s so much fun to look at the monster blood on the stairs, Edit my 6 favorite cover is the original the attack of the jacko lanterns, and my 7th favorite cover is the original scarecrow walks at midnight, my eighth favorite cover is the original ghost beach cover
*Haunted Car. The typed Hunted Car.
The og goosebumps covers give me nightmares but now im used to it but honestly the other ones are not scary they are cool
The a shocker on shock Street cover on the right isn't scary and it's my favorite
I’d say most of the Brandon Dorman covers are improvements in every way if only not as nostalgic, except the Slappy covers. Every time Tim Jacobus makes a Slappy cover, it’s significantly creepier than any 2015 iteration.
I believe the artists from the original covers were the best chosen Tim Jacobus has a amazing sense of humor and vivid colors
The werewolf of fever swamp, the house of no return, the haunted game, the perfect school, the snowman of Pasadena, An old story, and you can't scare me it's very bone chilling
Sounds like those are the tv adaptations.
The old ones are better they just have that creepy feeling that I love that the new ones doesn't give you 😊😅
2:16 THE HEADLESS GHOST IS HITTING THE TONY HAWK! 🛹
I think tim jacoobus the headless ghost one with the creepiest
1. Welcome to Dead House
2. Stay Out of the Basement
3. Monster Blood
4. Say Cheese and Die!
5. Curse of the Mummy's Tomb
6. Let's Get Invisible!
7. Night of the Living Dummy
8. Welcome to Camp Nightmare
9. The Ghost Next Door
10. The Haunted Mask
11. Be Careful What You Wish For
12. The Werewolf of Fever Swamp
13. You Can't Scare Me!
14. One Day at HorrorLand
15. Deep Trouble
16. Scarecrow Walks at Midnight
17. Ghost Beach
18. Return of the Mummy
19. Phantom of the Auditorium
20. A Night in Terror Tower
By which artists?
Most of the Ogs being scarier:
The Blob That Ate Everyone: Hold my beer
If it ain't broken, don't fix it.
Happy Halloween, everyone! 👻🍬🍫🎃
#Halloween2022
Odd that not every og book didn't get a new cover than again imagining a new cover for curse of camp cold lake is difficult and my personal favorite cover
I want a tattoo of the original mudman on the cover for You Can't Scare Me.
you can't scare me 👍👍👍
Tim Jacobs (legends) , New (Kids)
i like goosebumps
Maybe it's because of nostalgia, but the old covers are WAY better!
Good job 0:25
Thank you
Jim is classic. Though I do say I like the Brandon photo for the blob that ate everything and say cheese and die.
Night of the living dummy 2 was peak
The original covers just do a better job mixing creepy and intrigue, but not all the reprints are bad
Although Brandon did a phenomenal job making the covers seem more modern and up to date Tim’s is just superior in every way
I wonder if brandon dorman knew he was making worse versions
Old covers have way more atmosphere, still kinda terrifying now. but I gotta give credit where it's due, the new cover for attack of the jack-o-lanturns is fuckin lit.
Oh easily deep trouble was the scariest with the shark only being seconds away from eating its next victim
both are great: some i think Tim did better and others Brandon did better...
the worse is reprint is the Haunted Mask i mean hello where are Carly-Beth's overalls its what she always wore in the books and in the TV specials for 1 and ll
my fave cover is the original Night of the Living Dummy lll cause of the dim lighing and Slappy there in the middle leading his slaves...
For some of the books I say the new are much better but for majority the original are the best
brandom dorman is the one i like cuz it is a bit more creative, action packed (mainly the haunted car) AND it is more brighter
