CFD अगर भारत मे बैन है तो सभी cfd ब्रोकर प्ले स्टोर पर उपलब्ध क्यों हैं ?
करोड़ो भारतीय इस समय octafx exness xm ftxm etc. पर 2010 से ट्रेडिंग कर रहै हैं उनके खिलाफ सरकार ने अभी तक एक्शन क्यों नही लिया ?

first of all, the way you describe CFD concept is totally wrong sir, CFD itself is speculation over the price that's it. there is no one to buy or nobody goanna sell "actual" stock/metal/commodity, it's just exchange of a price between two people. it's same as futures contracts works, we speculate on price and do not buy stock/metal/commodity.
