Did you make it for all of Metallica? I missed pantera too... I got inside exactly when they finished their set haha. I was really looking forward to seeing them too. I'm not complaining though because with the amount of traffic and overall effort involved just to get to soldier field, I am glad I made it for all of metallica.
I can find myself in the pit to the left of the drum set Thank you for taking and posting this video. Your vantage point, and zooming in on certain pits is perfect for me I will be watching this video for years to come I have Been waiting for this opportunity, again, since I saw Pantera/Slayer in 2001.
I felt there was far too much of the actual floor showing and seats without people in them than representative, or deserving of, how well they played. It caught me off guard, frankly. I stood up at the beginning of their set, and from the top row of the stadium, I noticed only 2 or 3 other people standing to the far left or right of me. To each their own, however. Enjoying the concert in your way is what matters. As I, too, enjoyed it my way. It wasn't until Charlie switched kits to my side, maybe two songs after, before most everyone went up, though. 'Walk' was the song, I believe. Even so, those who were in the stadium watching provided a shit-ton of energy to fill the void! I counted 5 pits going at one time. Two were decent sized. The other three might have only had 5 to 8 people. Still, their intensity was much greater than their numbers. Well done! 🤘

Nice! Good to see Phil out there still playing the classics. Loved Pantera when i was a kid.

Nothing from Trendkill or Steel. Absolutely absurd.
Yeah, the first 5 from Vulgar and a few from Driven, still a killer show!
