  • Waterfall style handovers is all too common in our industry. Typically handovers happen from one job family handing over some artifact to another for further work they can't do on their own.
    In this video we'll explain what happens when we try to force flow of change through the reporting hierarchy instead of a team, how to flow change somewhere better, how to get "higher levels" to get alignment of what teams work on, and what we should be using reporting hierarchies for instead.
