Loving the videos especially as I cannot get back to Alps this winter due to unforeseen circumstances. Don’t you get bored of all that treeless high altitude stuff rather than the variety of say Les Arcs or are you skiing up there due to global warming and its effects on the lower altitude resorts. Already looking forward to Villaroger Christmas ‘24! Keep up the brill content for those of us stuck in Blighty. Damn cancer - grrrr..
I skied Espace Killy ( staying in Tignes ) once in April. Last week of season and in about 50 ski holidays have never seen so much snow., Was knee deep on piste never mind off. Skied all the big resorts in France but a few years ago we have changed to ski Austria. This is due to holiday prices . restraunt prices and most of all Austria just has the whle experance just better sorted. Will never say not going back but Austria is first choice.
Went to La Plagne 6-13 january. Had first 4 grey snowblind days and ended with 2 sunny and relatively cold but unforgettable days. Going to Zillertal (Austria) next week and hoping for acceptable piste and snow conditions. Climate change really is a fact… take care!
Just back from a week in Tignes. Our first time there. Great week. Pistes were well looked after and we enjoyed the sunshine. Skied nearly all we wanted to and found some lovely spots. Lots of wonderful skiing to be had even down to the valleys though naturally the best snow is at the top!
This is some great content Floss!! We just arrived today and we are having our first day of skiing tomorrow! Hope to catch you up on the slopes! Take care 😊
Just got back from tignes, altho it was warm we had an amazing time on the slopes and it did help some tracks to stay soft, loved it hope to come back this season there’s lots of snow next week apparently
We were just at Les Arcs Jan 29 - February 4. Same blue sky and sunny days there. Beautiful, but need some snow for hors piste. Thanks for the videos. Feb 7 0:28 am
Was in La Plagne from 13th - 20th Jan. Heard it had warmed up considerably since and no snow for a couple of weeks now. Had 3 good days out of 6. Temperature was all over the place. Rain up to 2200m one day then snow down to the valley floor the next! A couple of bluebird days which was nice. Pistes were running well. Some of the blues should definitely be reds though! Hope the Alps cools down and gets some snow soon!
I'm heading over to Tignes/Val d'Isere for the end of March, with the current weather, really hoping there'll still be some snow left on the mountains!!😬😁
Luckily you are not going to Andorra..I was on a chairlift with a guy from Andorra and he has only skies 5 times this season as there isn`t any snow ..
We are skiing in Les Arcs - just down the valley from you. The pistes are being kept in great condition given the warm temperatures - and we can't knock blue sky skiing, can we?
Thanks for watching ..if you would like to charge me up with caffeine for producing another video

Great content, and informative info
Just wondering what skis your using due to the conditions
Thanks
I am actually using old piste skis with sharp edges on the slopes ..off piste is only 100m under foot

Blue skies are everything
