Then how did you confirm on option D only by using logically connecting tikdams
Also,why can't it be The office of UN commissioner for human rights...bcoz to attain justice can come under the purview of some human rights commission

Option (B) can be eliminated easily. Most of the missiles designed indigenously are named after Indian names - Akash, Prithvi, Agni, Prahaar, Nirbhay. Israeli too names their defense system/ weapons - Israeli name.
I would say that a Court meant for addressing disputes would not be issuing a Report. That's like saying that courts in India issue reports on law and order instead of the Ministry of Law. Hope you got your answer. Have a good prep........
In your explaination of SCO, the option 2, even if we remove both from statement 2, it would still makes sense ((both) india and pakistan are members) so ideally as per your explqination option 2 should also be wrong
