Disney itself is the one refusing the release of the OST. I have no idea why. They have no problem selling the series itself on iTunes, so it's not a tax write off.

Disney's hurting for money and even though the OST to a decade old show they buried wouldn't move the needle, any little bit of income could help. Just don't know how to drum up interest to start that.
