If you’re into thrift shops and yard sales, you might find trim on clothing or pillows that could be re-purposed, as well as other sewing supplies.

Thank-you for the wonderful tutorial .I love cross stitch too I have made a few small cross stitch cards and I have done small pieces that I need to make into Christmas Decorations.I usually over lock the edges with my serger as I find that is the easiest for me.I love all your decorations , they are fabulous 💖

I am currently working on a small lap quilt with embroidery design on a center block. Almost done with embroidery blocks, soon will make the blocks

Same here. I haven’t done cross stitch for years, but I’m planning to take it up, again. It’s portable and doesn’t require much equipment. I use a stand because I don’t have to handle the fabric as much, thus it stays cleaner. I’ve worked on light blue Aida cloth. There may be more colors available online. 😊

I love doing counted cross stitch! I have so many pieces that I have finished stitching, but did not completely finish!! Shane on me! I love all the ornaments you made. I think I am going to have to look into getting those books! Would you know if they are still available?
