Métaraph: About creating “safe spaces” within the club scene

In this week’s episode we meet with Métaraph who’s known for their industrial hardcore influence - and cross-breed of various genres. In this conversation we speak about who Raph was when they grew up, feeling as if they never fit in and searching for their home.
We also speak about when they first arrived in London, and then later on in Berlin and compare the two cities and their nightlife. And safe-, or safer spaces. Do they exist, and if so what does it take to create them, and what have they meant to Raph, as well as how important are they?

@@shaneny7411 Human-beings, as they exist in their current form, have existed for about 300,000 years, but it took close to 14 Billion years of evolution to get humans to that current point. Throughout that incomprehensibly long period of time, ALL species on Earth have been made up of males and females (he's and she's) - this is how a species survives - through reproduction. The trend, and it is just that - a current trend, of referring to humans as "they" or "them" has existed for approximately 5 years, although the practice existed as far back as 400 years ago. If Metaraph wishes to be considered as "they" or "them" that's absolutely no problem - it's Metaraph's life and they're entitled to do what they wish with it as long as they're not harming others. And those who wish to refer to Metaraph as "he" may also do so, as dismissing close to 14 Billion years of evolution and the undeniable fact that Metaraph was born with human, male, mammal genitalia would be a matter of delusion, so both are acceptable. We are what we are, but also should be granted the dignity to say we feel, or wish, as though we are something else also. One love.💚
