You can use both if your enemy is using tank players use the bottom if they are not tank players use the top build but when they use defense items use the bottom and use defense potion not offense potion

First is better because zilong is not that good fighting tanks his aim is squishy heroes
If enemy too tank dont pick him or just replace windtalker with demon hunter
.
And you just need malfic roar or balde of despire
