Now it isn’t an “old” video it’s 7 years. And it’s still helpful, i am starting drawing my own cards for Christmas to give to people and wanted to know how to do the booster pack. Thanks @KakkoiiCards
Those packs look awesome! It's such a great idea and it's cool to see how they were made... Such custom packs could be a cool gift idea for christmas or birthdays, so I'm definitely going to try this at some time
This is my favourite UA-cam video in such a long time from anybody. SERIOUSLY WELL DONE! Enjoyed it so much. You have come so far on your channel it's really impressive ❤️ Thanks again for the packs you sent me, it's great to see how they were made, I'm tempted to make my own!!!
Thank you so much for such a lovely comment - I really appreciate it! I have been trying really hard lately, so I'm glad to see it's starting to show :D
I used this tutorial to make a Birthday present to my friend :) I made one of these custom boosters with 25 cards of mine that i selected, including 2 exs and 1 gx >w
This is such an amazing video I have always done packs the traditional way of foldind the paper over ant taping the edges but this just looks way more professional. I just subscribed btw.
Where did you get the sleeves that you use to place the cards in? I wanted to create 15+ card packs but having a hard time finding loose sleeves that can hold several cards.
This is so amazing and helpful but what’s that thing you used to get ridges? You’ll be a part of the reason I become a successful card game creator. I’m working on a few now, so thanks so much!
Do you by chance still have that XCF file from GIMP . Just the all that I really need so I don’t have to reinvent the wheel but I’d love to use this idea.
Can I buy your template? What type of paper do you reccoemnd? I'm assuming regular printer paper wouldn't be the greatest. Greatly appreciate your video!
This is really awesome I'm jumping into my crafts now as I have a great idea planned before the holidays. What paper would you recommend btw I'm going to use regular paper I think for a test but want to get the correct material tomorrow perhaps. Thanks again!
@@callmetracer1301 hey thank you for the reply I'm trying to figure out the dimensions for Photoshop for some reason when I printed 5inch x 3inch it was way to small. I'll check my settings again but that was the logical dimensions based off an actual booster pack. Anyone have any templates available for download let me know please, thank you.
@@dnapokemon123 i'd recommend trying 7 inches by 5 inches so you have room for the folds. I don't have templates but having the extra paper for when you need to fold is helpful because you can cut off the extra.
@@callmetracer1301 I found two templates that work perfect for me took some testing a messing out on Photoshop but it looks nice thus far. What tool did she use to crimp though I want to get the ridged effect but can't seem to find anything. Maybe I'll check a craft store after work tomorrow.
@@dnapokemon123 I was also looking for something for crimping but I couldn't find one either. If you do end up finding something, please tell me! Thanks
So glad you like them! I'm not sure if I will ever make more or sell them - maybe for a special giveaway in the future? If there was a high enough demand and people wanted to buy them I would consider it :)
I know it's an "old" video. But may i say thank you for this tutorial?
It helped me amazingly! The boosters i made turned out quite grand!

Your the best pokemon youtuber
I'm so proud of you that you made it!
Do you have access to a low temp glue gun? from my experience, it's still hot, but doesn't burn quite as much.
It only burned a little - after a childhood full of arts and crafts my fingers are pretty resistant now anyway!
Where did you get the sleeves that you use to place the cards in? I wanted to create 15+ card packs but having a hard time finding loose sleeves that can hold several cards.
You, KakoiiCards, has just earned another subscriber. ;)
This would be the best cristmas gift.
This is extremely creative - love the idea!
If you ever make them available internationally I think it'd be fun to open one on my channel.
I'll have a think about it - if enough people wanted them I might do a giveaway or I could maybe sell them one day?
I'd probably grab one if you sold them at some point - just a fun concept overall.
When is your next video ?
Incredible! Guess what I'm trying this afternoon!
Amazing! How did it go?
Great thankyou!
