Others would also be able to freely go through Cosmo's part of the ship, as long as she doesn't go anywhere that could reveal the crew's location.

But now, seeing her again, I can safely say, that Tails and Cosmo, are the absolute best couple, EVER. Those two were perfectly made for each other.
