The best stuffed salmon!!

- Hey yall! Here’s what you’ll need..
two filets can feed two people if you cut in half.. depending on the size of the filets for smaller portions use smaller filets.. you can also sun salmon for chicken!
Ingredients:
Salmon filets
1/2 lb medium shrimp
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1/4 cup gouda cheese ( optional) you can stick with only parmesan if you want *
The Juice of one lemon
3 tablespoons chopped green onion
5 strips of bacon ( cooked and chopped)
Cajun seasoning of choice
3 tbs of butter ( divided ) one 2 tbs to cook the shrimp, additional tbs to spread over salmon before cooking ..
Preheat oven to 325..
for medium well salmon cook 12/15 mins
For well done cook 15-17 mins depending on size of filets..
*I used 7 oz filets .. keep in mind since their is filling between the layers the salmon needs a little more cooking time than usual..
so adjust accordingly..

I made this with a few changes, I cut my extra jumbo shrimp into bite size pieces, I used cream cheese, shaved Parmesan and shredded mozzarellas , I also sautéed fresh spinach and drained it then added it to the mixture. It was PHENOMENAL my husband and both my sons were raving about it!!! Thank you for sharing I will be using this recipe again!

I tried the recipe Friday night! No substitutes but added garlic and no bell pepper. I cut my shrimp into fourths. I had 2 large salmon filets and just butterflied them... this was our celebration dinner. My husband and I loved it and he requested I make it again. He even woke up the next morning looking for any leftovers.
So the sopped-up magic does work. Nice!

I tried this recipe last night, just letting you know. The list has some ingredients missing but I followed your video recipe to the letter. Setting the oven 325 degrees for 15 minutes did nothing after 20 mins it looked nothing like what you made...so I set it under the broiler and BABY BYE!! Girl it was SOPPED UP!! very delicious 😋 I enjoyed the flavors 👍 I am going to try two other recipes and if they match the outcome I will get your ebook.
Elle Elle I tried her fried chicken recipe and it was a hit!! My boyfriend and his mother absolutely loved it!! Be sure you give it a try!! I also made her old school Mac and cheese to go with it and again it was amazing!!
I know it will be good based on watching, it’s just the recipe and the final product don’t correlate. That fish could not look like that in 15 minutes at 325 degrees. An experience cook can work with her videos but someone learning needs reliable recipes. Plus if we can trust her recipes then what’s the point trying them.
Thanks for letting me know this. I am placing my oven on 345 for 15 mins to see if I get a different outcome. Will let you know what happens. But I tasted that fillin and BAY-BEE!!! YES!
Michelle Boyd Michelle Boyd yes guurrl it’s delicious. I placed it under the broiler for little after 20 mins and then placed some shrimp around the outside to serve it. It was so good. Not dried out at all, I think that’s why she suggested a lower temperature so it doesn’t come out dry but it wasn’t pretty until it was broiled...you are welcome
I ended up having to cover it in aluminum foil and put it back in the oven for another 15-20 minutes because the salmon was not cooked all the way through. It was really good. The bacon really adds something to it. It was so good!
