Jesus Christ never established the Roman Catholic Church it is self appointed . After all Rome crucified the Lord of Glory . You are being deceived and now you are in bondage to the catholic religion that can't save you . I suggest that you read the New Testament there you will find out the whole Truth . Almost all doctrines of the RCC are anti-biblical .

@@paull5609 A new term is needed to distinguish this new breed. Those men reject Francis but accept the other conciliar popes as well as Vatican II, which longstanding sedes do not. Very oddly, Altman refers to "St," John Paul II when it was Francis who "canonized" him. Altman does not have a coherent position.
The two people I mentioned do not believe Pope Francis is the pope. They believe we do not now have a pope. Therefore the seat is vacant. I don’t see a need for a new term, it is exactly what they believe. It is a dead end, same as any other breed of sede.

Personally, I like his talks from a cultural perspective - how are we navigating our material world as Catholics? He may miss the doctrinal mark here and there. As a man who has been part of the problem in the Catholic faith for many years, and forever will be trying to square my life up, there is more positive self-reflection in his talks than inaccurate doctrine. He mentions arrogance being a big problem in the Church. I find that Catholics are very good at “nuancing” the crap out of things. It confuses people. Jesus was clear and concise. Paul was straight forward. People don’t like that, and men (including me) have succumbed to the happy wife/happy life mantra which is based on emotions and feelings.

As a revert..I was outside w/o confession, the mass and the Eucharist. I searched everywhere for years, and with chagrin found myself standing in front of the door I myself had closed...The CHURCH! Michael says it perfectly....."The Church..the indefectible bride of Christ!" I know there is nothing like unto the CHURCH. THANK YOU, MICHAEL VORIS.

It’s so true Michael on major media. They had a program on NBC, called “Who do you think 🤔 you are?”. Cindy Crawford found out ancestry back to 700’s, to Charlemagne. Cortney Cox, back to King William 1066. And several more. I chuckled 🤭, they were Catholic in their family tree. Ben Affleck didn’t like his family tree. Soon after him. The program was no more. I think if we want our children to grow up as good Catholics we have to send them to a monastery to be brought up and taught by good monks and Sisters. This is what I’ve read in the lives of the saints.

Two of my aunts, an uncle & 3 cuz went to Medjugorje (around 1987). They did all of the normal activities of course (guessing, I've never been there) but on the way back down the mountain one of my Aunts stopped, stooped down and pick up a small rock. She then proceeded to fall down and come to a stop. My 3 cuz got to her first. One of them looked down and said, "See, this is what happens when you try to steal from the Holy Mother."
Mu aunt actually cracked a bone in the whole process..
Needless to say, the event gave the of rest us a lot of joke material for a few years!😊
Contrary to what Voris said, Francis has cancelled a number of priests and bishops, those who did not agree with him - this is not congruent with Francis just said at Lisbon "todas todas todas." It is not congruent with his denial to respond to the dubia addressed to Amoris Laetitia. This is not congruent with his motu propria traditiones custodes, where Francis has done a lot of damage to the spirituality of many faithful Catholics.

A good question that I recently wrestled with, here is what I came to believe.
God desires that ALL BE SAVED. GOD IN HIS INFINITE LOVE HAS GIVEN HUMANITY “FREEWILL”. HE DOES NOT WANT ROBOTS, period!
I often wondered about that word many, why wasn’t it “all”.
It dawned on me, after nearly thirty years of trying to be a true Catholic, reading many lives of Saints and the BIBLE.
Jesus realizes that “all” will not listen to Him, worse many will deny Him. Sooo His Blessing goes out to those, the “many”, that accept HIM, want HIM, and will to follow His Teachings.
In the Prayers of the Faithful a list is there, to which all respond “ Lord hear our prayer”. In my heart I always pray “for ALL”. As like GOD, I want all HIS CHILDREN to return to HIM.
As a believer in GOD’S Blessed Mother Mary as Mother of Humanity, lovingly given by JESUS to us on the Cross, She asks all GOD’S children, Her children, also, to pray that all be saved. She asks us to pray for each other.
Even Jesus told us to pray for our enemies as well as our friends…
Please take the first as an educated opinion, the later as Faith.

With all sincerity about lifting hands. I have back to the church after many years and working through things still. 1 Timothy 2:8 suggests that we should all lift holy hands. Can someone explain?
Knowing what we know today… I’m revisiting this talk. He speaks of sodomy among other things. I’m watching his body language. He’s at war within himself here. Fr. Corapi never was able to make a comeback despite his public apologies. I fear Michael may be in the same boat. Prayers needed all around.

Thank you for this video, I always felt those who leave the church to set one up like the SSPX makes them no different then the Protestants. We need to stand up and fight for the church we have to get uncomfortable now. This video helped me feel like I’m not alone.

The Church has now allowed priests to assists the pilgrims to protect authenticity and for pastoral assistance. Fatima was not given positive proclamation years after, so let's be charitable and pray .

No one knows for sure who is or isn’t in hell. No one except God and Judas knows if Judas repented in his final moments. Michael is misquoting Bishop Barron. We ought to pray for each other…and acknowledge He’ll and it’s possiblility as a consequence…but we ought be not saying who is there.
Normally, Voris comes across as a total jerk trying to scam tradional Catholics. But in rare events he can come across a thoughful crusader with a well thought out message. Maybe he should consider doing all his broadcasts in front of a live audience. He ruined our drinking game last night where we take a swig every time he says "billions" like Carl Sagan used to do.

Oh yeah I love Michael and I've met him a couple of times.
But a careful study of Kennedy Hall or Athunatious Schneider or Viga-knows it's pretty clear Michael hasn't thought this through either.
In short the same popes who say SSPX is in schism say SSPX is not in schism.
God bless Michael but I'll take Athunatious Schneider or Viga-knows ordained opinion over Michaels.
I heard cardinal Burke answer the question once. When flat out asked if SSPX was in schism he gave a five minute twenty dollar answer and when he was finished I couldn't decide if he answered at all.
So as a novis ordo pew sitting trying to be faithful Catholic I can't see Michael has this right either.
Believe me I'd go SSPX if it was an option for me. So far it's not.

My question; has there always been Homosexuals in the Church acting as Priests, Bishop's, Cardinals and the Pope??? No Holy men of God? I'm so unhappy with this mess, there is No Church, Saints or Holiness.
As a non-Catholic, the ONLY thing that Voris accomplished for me by this speech is to totally confirm my decision to stay as far away from "the church" as far possible, as it's a complete and total mess, and has been for centuries.
Not only that, but there is a lot of subtle twisting of theology, church history, and even current events going on here by Voris.
For just one instance, even as a non-Catholic, I know for a FACT that the reason why the vision of Medjugorje are not approved by the church, is that this is an ongoing revelation that has not ended. There are still annual apparitions that are being given, though daily apparitions ended long ago. The church will not rule on anything until these things are concluded. There are something like seven or ten "secrets" that WILL happen while the visionaries are still alive. Until those secrets are revealed, the matter is still ongoing. If all the visionaries die without any of these secrets being revealed, then we WILL ALL KNOW it was fake all along, no need for the church to tell us so.
But, if these secrets do come to pass.....oh my....
It seems Voris forgot about the thousands that came to Fatima long before those appirationas were approved. Maybe the laity has a better idea of what is real and valuable than the magistratum.
There are lots of other factual problems with this speech as well, but I don't have the time to list them one by one.
As for who goes to hell, and who goes to heaven: Jesus made that crystal clear in the gospels: those who show mercy, compassion, and hospitality will go to heaven, those who don't are not going to make it. Just read Matthew 24, it's very explicit.
Yeah, to go to heaven, you DO have to be nice. Jesus said so.
And you are allowed to call out religious who are unfaithful, heretics, and corrupt. Both Jesus and John the Baptist did so, that's why they were killed.

I don't want to be a Catholic for all the reasons that Voris specifies. Mainly, as he correctly states, the church is dumpster fire when it comes to leadership, and has been for a long time. Though I do think there were some really good popes the past few centuries. Sadly, the bishops and priests leaves one wanting.

Regarding praying to Mary and the Roman Catholic "saints" (in the entire New Testament, the word saints refers to believers in Jesus Christ - all of us), forgive me for saying so but, it would appear that the Roman Catholic Church has made Mary and all the Marian doctrines into a whole other religion, almost entirely divorced from biblical Christianity, i.e, the Word of God. Contrasted with God's Word, Mariology is absurd.
And you probably haven't noticed that in the whole entire Bible, Old Testament and New, all believers ALWAYS pray directly to God the Father, each and every time, without exception.
The only difference being that in the New Testament they pray directly to God the Father "in name of Jesus".
Never to Mary or to any Roman Catholic "saint" or to anybody or anything other than the Lord God Almighty Himself. God's Word is so simple.
"For you have not received a spirit of slavery leading to fear again, but you have received a spirit of adoption as sons by which we cry out, “Abba! Father!”

Which is exactly why believers in the Lord God Almighty have always prayed DIRECTLY to God the Father and never to anyone else...

Anyhow, this is what Jesus (the only begotten Son of God) says about prayer. And he never says to pray to his mom. Not even one single time. And... not one single Gospel writer ever mentioned praying to Mary. Not a single word. Praying to Mary is, quite simply, an invention of the Roman Catholic Church and every prayer to Mary or to any Roman Catholic "saint" is outside of God's will, and a complete and total waste of time.

Where do you get that crazy idea of praying to Mary. Queen of the universe? That is simply idolatry. There is one mediator between God and men the man Christ Jesus. There is not one verse that would condone that. But she does fit in this verse, for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. That includes Mary. She wasn’t born perfect, she was born a sinner just like everybody but Jesus.

Queen of the universe does NOT imply that she CREATED the universe , just as Miss America doesn’t imply that she “made America “. But as the ONLY person chosen by God and Him alone for all eternity to bring the Son of God and her Son into the world to SAVE YOU FROM HELL, I’d think a little about what you said. And while you’re at it, read rev 12. That’s about Mary and Jesus.

Rev 12 was a vision and could mean Israel as Mary is not named. It is figurative, metaphorical and does not call for Mary to be prayed to directly as an intercessor. "For there is one God, and one mediator also between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus" 1 Tim 2:5 seems to conflict with Catholic teaching.
Yes, and the focus on Mary, eternal virginity, infant baptism, confession to priest, and many other Catholic traditions started 2-300 years after the time of Christ. They are inventions that are not related to early Christian worship. I admire Mary for her faith and what she did, but there is no indication that she should receive the attention the Catholics invented.
@@bringemyoungpbuh4123 Understanding the Catholic Faith takes study and effort. This includes reading the Church Fathers who wrote before the Catholic Church canonized the Bible that you read. Look for mostly pre-Vatican 2 material that can show you the full truth of God.
