    Ingredients :
    Almond Date Balls
    Almonds - 1 cup
    Almond - Flour - 1/2 cup
    Dates ( pitted ) - 1 cup
    First Blend Dates and almond flour into smooth paste
    Add Almonds and blend into small pieces
    Roll the mixture into small balls
    Almond Burfi with jaggery is very simple and healthy dessert
    Quick instant sweet Recipe
    Almond Flour / Powder Recipe
    Recipe :
    Ingredients :
    Almond flour (or) powder - 1 cup
    Jaggery - 3/4 cup
    Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
    Water - 1/4 cup
    procedure :
    Add Jaggery and water and let it boil, when the jaggery is thicken , then check for one string consistency, or in a bowl of water, add a drop of jaggery check the jaggery ,which should not spread in water. if it spread in water cook for another minute and check.
    Now turn off the flame and add almond flour and ghee mix well.
    Transfer this mixture into parchment paper and set a block. add almond flakes and press gently . leave it or let it cool fo 10 minutes.when it is cook down cut into pieces and store in air tight container upto 1 week.
