@@whiteglint7694 well, in this video he listed only pro-ukrainian sources. I wouldn't say he is neutral, but at least he tries (differently from all the pro-ukraine bitc%es competing for the best fake news of the conflict)
I gotta say first and foremost I really appreciate your channel and the up to date info you provide. Although I really like that you had the date in this and that would be my only request is you could consider maintaining that in your future videos. Love the work you do please keep it up!
@Preston Stewart I think ISW and liveuamap is highly biased in favor of Ukraine (liveuamap is very hesitant to update anything in russias favor and quick to update in ukraines favor even if unconfirmed). I suggest DefensePoliticsAsia map as it is based on osint data from both sides and is interactive
Militaryland has very detailed static maps region by region like those of Rybar and also with a timeline, but their most interesting map is the deployment map where they show the position of every land unit of both armies (keep in ind this is OSInt), and it's fully interactive. To my knowledge no other source provides something similar.
Take a moment to realize that war, basically is streamed live now. You as a civilian can keep up to date with troop movements and frontline happenings nearly as well as a military authority. This all started around the Tarer square incident in Syria and the Arab spring, where these events where live-streamed and updates available online. Incredible information technology. But also take a moment to pray for peace world wide.
Thank you for showing your sources. I am glad there are people like you who can show us the map, and the changes from week to week. Simple and concise overview of the situation. Now if we wanted we could check your information.
DPA map is the best because you can see which location an equipment was destroyed or precision strikes, it also show battle videos, claimed/reclaimed territories on both sides, counter attack, heavy fighting & latest updates
Remember that Rybar is pro russian, mostly they show us more captured land than it really is. DeepState is the same but for UA side. LiveUAmap is the best i think.
@@corbynite2004 I was thinking he’s a little pro Russian because he is Belorussian. Sometimes he slips up and uses “we” when referring to the Russian troops. I watch his daily broadcasts, most accurate one I can find that’s not obscenely Ukrainian propaganda.
The best by far is Defense Politics Asia, they even have icons for specific events (reinforcements, aircraft shot down, shelling, etc) and links to the sources
Thank you so much. Your channel is really informative and helping me at keeping up with current events in Ukraine. And thank you for providing the 4 maps.
sadly the dirty capitalist dpa locked his map behind a paywall but it was by far the best map considering it showed both areas claimed by Russia and Ukraine and a bunch of other nice features
I would actually advise against using these maps often since one loses sight of the forest for the trees. Daily updates are almost always irrelevant, since it’s almost impossible to extrapolate. It’s quite sad, actually, since these individual actions are where people die, and yet each individual death or act is imperceptible on the scale of the complete war.
ISW's claimed Russian advance feature is sloppy. They seem to leave it as claimed long (even months) after other maps show the territory as still in ukrainian control. But somehow they are also seem slow to transition an area from claimed to Russian controlled when the Russians do advance. So can't tell if any particular yellow section on the map is old news of a failed russian advance a month ago or a newly claimed area.
Use that other map in your videos👍 being able to see the areas they claim is a big help for those of us that don't know the Ukrainian geography very well
Task and Purpose have something to said about this. It’s definitely show Russia try to encircle the Ukraine Armed Force. And UAF try to delay Russia Forces offensive as long as they can. If Stryker arrived In Ukraine just in time, this will help Ukraine to withdraw or defend the position.
@Preston_Stewart You ever seen a "Ukrainian soldier (TRO 98 "Azov" Dnipro) use Pijani Ustaša (cup) to launch RGD-5 grenades from AK-74 barrel?!" (Title of YT video)
This is good work I cannot follow the war minute by minute by minute. Your graphs are good they show what the borders are and then where they were. Please put the old date on the map as well. I am not Ukranian but hope they get rid of the invaders soon. Ukraine the world is watching you, you have the right.
If you are looking for a good UA-camr that covers Ukraine daily, check out Reporting from Ukraine. Dunno where he gets such accurate information, but he is insanely accurate with his predictions. He uploads everyday at around 4-5pm EST (which is the time zone I live in) His thumbnails and titles can be very… clickbait-y but that’s probably just for maximizing visibility on the broken platform. Has his own map that he updates too.
The 4 maps you listed pretty much say the same thing, yet Rybar is blacklisted by western media since about last August when it was determined that Rybar works for the Kremlin 🤔
@@OneGunOgun only by the media, my experience is when I use Rybar maps I'm always told use legit source and not Kremlin propaganda. Like I said 4 maps mentioned are pretty much the same so I choose to stick with Rybar since they were the first.

not quite
Not really
It's crybar not rybar

What was Russia will become split into East Ukraine and North China.
Only problem with ISW is that they are very pro ukraine biased and often are the last to confirm Russian gains at least in my experience
