I built your Large Oak Wood Survival Starter House in Vintage Story. It worked out perfectly and stopped the rabbits from getting to the gardens. I had to build a cellar underneath for food storage.
I think this one might be a bit too small but would make a great starter base.

I ended up adding more rooms to this just for a storage room and stuff but this is brilliant!
