Idk if it’s the camera or me, but the first swatch that oxidized actually looked more like your skin tone. It could be different in real life, but in this video, the camera is capturing your skin as more of an orange/warm tone than yellow/golden tone
A couple of years ago you could buy white or brown mixing pigments to darken or lighten your foundation. I bought them from the Body Shoppe and they were “junk” lol!!!!
I just went to Ulta yesterday and got the white pigment to lighten my foundations. Hopefully it works we'll see. That's literally why I bought it. I have so many foundations and it's so hard to find a shade online & when you do buy it it doesn't match & then you have to go back & return it & the process keeps continuing & it's so annoying. I'm neutral tone so I bought the white so I don't know if I bought the right one though. We thought about the same things lol I'm tired of buying foundations.
Right?! Nothing more disappointing than getting it home and it looks completely different to in the shop! Hopefully it works, let me know how you get on x
@@Aishscream I'm gonna try it today for the first time. One of my favorite things to buy is a foundation and I get super annoyed that it's either too dark or then it's pinkish and it just completely wrong so hopefully this works.

Can you put this into the foundation bottle and just fix the entire bottle in one swoop?
You 100% could do this, however I would do it in stages as there is no going back once you put too much in. Believe me, I’ve learn the hard way🫣

Did the foundation oxidize? Also if a person can’t find a color mixer you can use eyeshadow as a mixer.

Given that I use lard as my foundation, will crushing a couple of blueberries in to it have the same effect? Asking for a friend.

It’s honestly a great product and saves so much money on foundation because you don’t have to purchase lots of different shades🥰🤩
