Breakfast is important. Get your protein eat your eggs . Cut flour and sugar . Rice is very good in moderation. Hydration is important. Sweet potato is good substitute for rice . Beans are very good especially lentils. All the best . You are not doing this for yourself but the girls to have you around for a long time❤. Walk after God
I believe u can have things in moderation also. Sometimes staying away completely from things especially if u drop them abruptly are not a good thing to do so dieticians tells u to slowly decrease the intakes until u can slowly stop whatever u want to stop consuming but dropping immediately is not always a great idea. And some things like flour, rice etc u can have them in moderation u don't always hv to quit everything. Alot of ppl thinks staying away from so many things and just blending u a shake is enough but little do they knwo its healthy yes but we do need solid and balanced foods too cause it cause acid reflux and stomach issues too. So not all diets we see on social media are safe. That's just me sharing🥰. So proud of u Lyndon and love to u , kim and the girls ❤
Thanks very much for these reminders. I’m going after Whole foods, vegetables, proteins as much as possible. I have a tendency to derail myself when I practice moderation. I know that a weekly cheat meal or two or three or maybe four…. you see what happened there? I appreciate your comments and will consider them moving forward. 🙂

Lyndon, I so dislike exercising....anyhow, I started skipping a few days a week. You should get a skipping rope and do it a few times a week when you don't feel like walking.
