I can't cut notches or it will fray. A very tricky issue to overcome. Anyway, thank you for this video. Bias tape may be a solution for my issue. Who knows.

Is there a formula to estimate how much material you will need? For example, how much material is needed to to make 10 yds of 1"-wide strips?
