Sir meri maa ko itp h doctor h doctor ne bola h plasma chadhana ko ya spelling nikalo iski koi guarantee hoti hai agar ham plasma chadhate Hain to koi problem hogi ya spelling nikalwae to sabse jyada kya fayda hoga
Yes I am also itp patient, usually I have low machine count around 45000 to 55000 but in manual count my platelets ranges from 1lakh to 160000.Thank god I never have had any bleeding manifestation so far,moreover no active treatment required in my case.

सर, नमस्कार । मेरे मरीज की उम्र 35 ym है । जिसे बचपन मे मलेरिया हुआ । बाद मे स्पलीन बढ गई और हमेशा प्लेटलेट और WBc Count कम रह्ता है । पेट मे पानी आ गया है । डॉ की सलाह से DIRECT INTRAHEPATIC PORTOCAVAL SHUNT प्रोसीजर हुआ । पेट का पानी ठीक होंने के बाद भी WBC. PLATELET COUNT Normal नहीं हुआ । Posts dips HE problem की दवा 2 माह से चल रही है । हमें क्या करना चाहिए ।

मेरे पिताजी को 77 साल की उम्र में आईटीपी हो गया था जो 1000 की टेबलेट पर डे 4 साल से खा रहे हैं 6 दिन पर 2 दिन गैपकर केखाते है। फ्लैटनेस 180000 रहता है डॉक्टर साहब अभी और गैपनहीं बढ़ा रहे हैं। शुगर के पेशेंट भी हैं। शुगर खाली पेट डेढ़ सौ रहता है खाने के बाद 200 के आसपास रहता है।

Sir I have ITP since last 5 month after COVID infection, minimum plt has gone 13000 , after taking treatment of wysolone for 4 month plt count never raises above 120000 , now 5 mg wysolone on alternate day plt count fluctuate from 20000 to 100000..sir can I switch to second line treatment (eltrombopag) or wait.
