I am a horror movie veteran. Name a scary movie and I've watched it. I've seen them all, but I have never, NEVER seen anything as frightening as the start of this video.
Imalent LD70 is 2x times larger (i'm not exaggerating) than 18350 Emisar D4 4x xpl-hi. It is less bright that the Emisar, and around 4 years younger. Also, the D4 has a cap so you can remove the battery and put another one. Deals with heat better also and has ramping interface... it's amazing how people create a hit out of something what is sub-par in it's category in every way.
I'd like to see the LD70 compared to the Acebeam TK16 with OSRAM leds (there's 3 different led options with that light). Trying to decide between pocket thrower vs pocket lumen monster.
Its a great light Don't get me wrong but my Emisar D2 in 18350 mode is smaller and its 4300 lumin's and about the same size with the 18500 - $60 tho and extra $15 for short tube..plus cost of battery but you can change it out...
Got the LD10 on Monday, absolutely love it. Just ordered the LD70, and MS03. Really hoping my MS03 is trouble free, if not I’ll likely return it and get the MS06 or the RT90 instead. How does the 200/900 Lumens hold up?
It is a wonderful light. High quality. quality is up there among the best. 20 lumen and 200 lumen run times are decent. It's a floodlight there's hardly any throw. I have a 220 lumen tac light that throws farther than this. And for self defense or blinding purposes, this is only good for literally 5 feet or less distance. Any 800 plus lumen light with a decent hotspot will outperform this LD70 in a situation for self defense or blinding the attacker for you to get an incapacitating hit in. If the person is 7 to 10 feet away, they can tank the brightness and quickly adjust. It simply isn't bright enough because its so floody there isnt much light hitting the eyes directly. At 10 feet away my 220 lumen light feels 50 percent brighter than the ld70. My cheap 900 lumen C8 feels like 2 times brighter. And my klarus xt11 feels 3 times brighter at only 1100 lumens
But if you can get a hit in, aren't you close enough for it to tempporarily blind the attacker anyway? It's better to blind someone (temporarily) and get out of the situation, rather than striking someone imho. Also a flash light isn't a blaster-pistol and at a distance any attacker can just raise their hand and look off to the side while they get closer to you. So a tightly focused beam, while having more throw, won't really help in avoiding someone closing in.
they are playing on marketing with the box. they act like it's a smartphone just so they can charge you more. tbh it is one of the nicestfloods I seen. but no good for focussed beams.

Yes I've been bugging ACEBEAM for review samples...hopefully I could do that one for you. The TK16 looks like a nice little light too
Great review. I have one in tan and it's an awesome light!

good things to know for a $60 light, THX
Wow kleiner wie meine MagliteXL50 nicht schlecht kann man die auch als Fahrradlampe einsetzen ?
Is it better than XHP160 ?
it is true that high of output the battery will be starved of amps, and not maintain 4k lumens.
Question from England. Why is a “roll of quarters” a thing?
When coins are supplied new from the mint, they come packed in cardboard roll, about four inches long. Hope that answers your question.

Great review, although it's a little big, I rock it on my key chain! It's around the same size as some car fob keys nowadays
Is there actually a hook to attach a key ring to the light?
Great beamshots 👍
What an awesome wood
promo codes doesn't work anymore for some reason
