Hey Tan! I think when you live in Atlanta it’s easy to feel less bothered by the BM/WW piece. Whenever I visit, I’m amazed at the way Blackness exists and couples are able to flourish. Up north and on the west coast, it’s a lot! Dating in this era, many BW are reminded that we are not our own men’s preference. I’m married to a lovely BM, but when u was dating a few years ago, and based on my homegirls’ current experience, celebrities like a Jamie Foxx and all the way back to a Sidney Portier have influenced young Black men that their preference is the necessary step in escalation. I have no problem with interracial relationships that are just two ppl falling in love. But the standards we are held to as BW compared to others is WILD. I think a lot of the millennials and Gen Z BW are sick of it. So we are becoming more vocal in our abandon.
Hey there Tan & Eric 👋🏾 Have yet to see Gladiator 2 & Jamie’s Special. In regards to BM dating only WW, if that’s what floats their boat, more power to them, but don’t bad mouth Us BW & then coming to Us to save them from the whatever 😏 The lights & train were nice to see 🤗 Be Blessed on/with Purpose Sis 🙏🏾😇💕 ~Sharon J~
Personally, I do tend to give more “grace” to BW/WM relationships. BW are basically still expected to be race loyal so when I see a BW with a partner that isn’t black the relationships seem more genuine to me 🤷🏾♀️. With BM/WW relationships, IDK…It’s like folks expect BW to co-sign/validate BM that choose to date outside their race or else you’re labeled bitter…Too many of these BM openly bash BW (publicly and/or in private) just to score points with nonblack women so I don’t feel obligated to do that..
Geraldine Ann Philip understanding the market indicators is impressive. She knows exactly when to enter and exit trades for maximum profits. her siignals are top notch
That's amazing, I've seen different people talking about this Geraldine Ann, she must be a cool woman for people to talk this about her,how do you people earn money?
Funny thing several years ago I think 10 for my birthday I wanted a vitamix at the vitamix store here in Solon ohio the darn store burned down. So I never replaced my old blender. I will get it for Christmas.
Hello. Yeah, Jamie could have left that portion out about who he dates. You love who you love. I actually currently work in Chicago at the rehabilitation facility where he received his therapy. He was indeed hard-headed LOL, bu he eventually got himself together and recovered. I need to write this recipe down Tan. Your food always looks great. ❤❤❤
Hey Tan.. I didn’t like Gladiator II as much Gladiator I but Denzel is supposed to play Hannibal of Carth in a Netflix film.. I’m looking forward to seeing him in that 🥰 BTW the pickles and humus look yummy!
If reference to Jamie Foxx,.I say Love who you love.My first husband was black but it did not last,my second husband is white and I have been married for 16 years and this is the happiest I ever been. It’s just the person that meets your needs and you as well for them.
Yasss, a Friday video!!! Hey Tan! BM\WW: I guess I just don't get it, I don't get it or understand what BM see in WW! They act like WW are the best thing since sliced bread no pun intended and at the same time they can date whomever they want to but I'm still confused by it; Alot of BW date out too but BM date out on another level and I don't get it, I missed the memo on why WW are the top picks, in 2024, it's really confusing
I'm a white woman but not interested in dating *any man* (lol) but from an outside pov/my own I feel as though it's because black women through modern history were overall raised to put up with terrible men, same thing with all women, but with added outside pressure from societal prejudices + ( some BM putting their frustration from those same injustices onto their wives and family)? So now that black women are making their own more than ever, and there's a greater focus on wanting more involved men, those same entitled men would rather go for the suburbanites? Since white women ESPECIALLY in the south here, are STILL raised to be docile homekeepers. I think some cases it's people having fun/interest in sharing their culture with people not familiar. Though I've also seen cases where there is good chemistry between mixed race couples, all the time, but what I don't understand is when BM hate on BW. That's just ignorant. I was raised in mostly hispanic/mexican and black communities across the South and it's something I've kinda noticed as we all aged into adults. One of my best friends here is very kind, but isn't very ambitious and he himself admits he's lazy sometimes. He's made comments while growing up how white people have been more kind to him than in his black community. He's quite nerdy and such, but I feel like that's a really complex issue in itself that I'm not anywhere near 100% on lol, and something personal with him. Please correct me if I'm wrong in anything, I've been curious myself on this kind of difference, and I dont mean to step on any toes !
Me too :) Making new friends as an adult is also just hard. Everyone is so busy so having conversations about more complex topics is even more rare. I remember when I was living out of my car 2 years ago, I was organizing my space in a parking lot, a black man came up to me asking for bus fare. I had like 5 bucks in coins and some bills so gave that to him. He then went on kind of a tangent about sleeping couch to couch, how hard it is to find a date, how nasty black women are. I could only really stand there and nod my head except that last bit. I brought up my coworker where I worked and how she's black and frigging amazing. He just shrugged it off. I don't understand the gall lol. He later tried guilt tripping me into going *in person at night* to a hotel he wanted me to pay for. (I stupidly gave him my number if he needed any help, since we were both 'homeless'. 🥴) Blocked him the same day. I'm not keen on social media or celebrities, so I think a big factor is entitled men overall. I've had very similar experienced with plenty of white men as well. @@ebonynerd
Had to pause and pick up the kids. I don’t care as long as I have my black man😂😂😂but it’s is kind of mind boggling that so many of our BM run after them knowing the history, but to each his own.❤

Great video! I actually don’t care who people choose to date, but don’t talk negatively about the black woman.
Thanks for watching friend 💕 Happy Holidays 🎄
Thanks for given me heads up about the movie Gladiator. If Denzels has limited scenes, it’s a no go for me.
