Stacey you are an awesome quilter! Thank you so much for sharing all the knowledge you are passing on to us I love the way you teach so that us newby's can understand. You rock!!
Thank you. Finally a video that explains walking foot quilting clearly. I have found that it's a whole lot easier if you can put another table at right angles to the table your machine is on. You can then rest the bulk of the quilt weight on that side table and reduce drag significantly. My other tip would be to always go slowly. Walking feet walk, they don't run well lol.
I love this way of teaching! I always extend my stitch length to use my walking foot and end up with uneven stitches that I’m not real happy with. Ready to try a 2.5 on test fabric. I also love the in the ditch with the echo. I’m going to try for this project and I cannot wait! Thank you!!!!!
Hey Everyone, I would love it if you would join me for my UA-cam Premiers's today starting at 5 pm ET, it really is a lot of fun watching them with you all! If you are enjoying my course, please do me a favor and like my videos, and even better leave a comment - it is very much appreciated!
Hi, I have a question please. If I want to sew a big blanket like 2 meters x 2 meters, how can I cut and sew the lining fabric behind blanket ? Because in shop it makes 140 cm larger.
Hi Stacey! Thanks for another great video! I have one question 🙋♀️. When you did your stitches, you did stitch in the ditch and also echo? Is that right?

Hi! For a 2m x 2m blanket, you'll need to piece together your lining fabric. 🧵📏
@@staceyleecreative ok thanks

Hi Vonnie, yes that is correct, I did both 💕
@@staceyleecreative thank you so much!!! Here I go! 😬
Vonnie Siebert good luck! Looking forward to seeing your finished quilt 💕
💚🍀
You're so welcome!
My batting says it should be stitch every 4 inches so for a 9 inch square how would that work
That's really close, mine says 10". But I would do stitch in the ditch, and then all the diagonals :)
