I’ve been writing in a monthly planner since 1977. I literally started the year my husband and I got together. I started in January and we got together in June and I’ve written what we’ve done every day. As well as the highlights of our two children and three grandchildren, soon to be four. You just gotta get a little organized, Abbie. 😝 Good luck! Btw, I hate coffee too while my husband loves it!
Try to build each other up instead of saying things to tear each other down, you guys are young and I see patterns, that can ruin a marriage. It's ok to have differences of opinion, but never go to bed angry. Best of luck to you both

i have a planer and ive been using it all year!
Josh - my functional med doctor said to wait 60 min after waking up to drink coffee to give time for your natural cortisol levels to rise on their own. And to only drink it after eating a big well balanced breakfast. I started doing it 3 months ago and I’ve noticed I’m a lot more energetic in the morning and I’m not “wired” at night anymore. And I have less anxiety throughout the day. Might help with your exhaustion! Happy trails

Abbie you should try those big monthly planners that fit on a desk or you can hang up on the wall in front of your desk. I feel like the reason people fail with planners is because we put them away where we can't see them. If you have a huge one that you see all the time you'll probably use it more

Funny parts but there was like 3 mini stories and a million endings kinda fun movie
I love these two together, but I really hope Josh hugged the shit outta her once those cameras shut off. Arguments are incredibly normal in relationships but owning up to your own mistakes especially when you hurt your significant others feelings, even when YOU don’t think you did anything wrong, is important. Her feelings are valid Josh.

You two might benefit from having your own individual alone time by yourselves spending it nourishing just yourselves. Take two straight hours yourself to being. Then you might benefit from taking time to nourish your marriage like this after 3 months of taking time for yourselves individually. Sweet.
