Basic Chicken Stock (for noodle soup etc...)

This easy-peasy chicken stock with seaweed is good for noodle soups, stews, sauces etc...
Very simple to make with bits and pieces one may have around the fridge and freezer.
With:
*Veg Bones (check out the excellent UA-cam channel "‪@AtomicShrimp‬ " where he coins this term) - this is basically unused bits of fresh veg that is frozen, eg onion ends, carrot peel etc...
*Chicken Bones
*Kombu/Kelp
*Ginger
*Peppercorns
*Water
