I think your auger was a good investment that way you don’t utilize your other trailer and get things done. Glad to see things are coming together and I hope your health gets better.
@Otherrandomguy42 curious what you have seen guys starting out do. Seems the cheap old bins are no longer cheap enough to justify the time to tear down and move with all the people wanting them for decoration paying way to much for wore out tin. Is new really best option and just eat the cost?
State of Iowa pays to leave it along state highways. Then you can still pick it in spring. Thats if it's still standing! Its a good look at different hybrids, some stand all winter, some go flat almost immediately after an inch or two
Good job, my friend. You did a lot today. Just remember, don't push it ,corn looks good, and yanko needs to pick up the pieces of corn ,lol good luck, Chris .please try to find you some help.
Tire chains? Get you some of those self deploying ones that spin the chain under the tires. Probably expensive, but wouldn't have to take on and off, just flip a switch on the dash.
The truck that's backed into the dairy barn, with more siding boards pulled and some structural reinforcement, like I beams, sunk in concrete and sistered to the vertical framing on the sides of the openings, could that be a line of bays, 4 or 5 or 6 of them, if you demo-ed the milk house and just had that side opened up? You could still use the back half of the dairy barn for livestock with a partition wall and from the gutter forward you could have trucks, tractors, the chopper ect mostly shedded without a lot of construction cost. Nice harvest, Norman and the boys getting silage yet?
DAMN YOU, I'm pissed you.re not taking care of your self and your videos are addictive so the first thing I do every day is keeping track of you and pray for you and that old steel equipment keeps going but you are a better mechanic that makes them going. Sure looking forward to that last load
Doing great as a one man band Chris, i would of bought some cheap tarps and bungee cords and tarp everything. Could you fill silage truck would that be a wreak? Hope this harvest sons gets over so you can think about something else like your health. Where did the other half go or was that just temporary?
Chris get a tire groover and make those tire usable. You already bought those tires, get your money out of them. Groovers are stupid cheep compared to new tires.
I’m a one man show put the camera down and get your work done. In my day we worked when we could but we didn’t worry about filming so we accomplished more by ourselves
Chris I'm sure you should grab some of the "good" large harbor freight tarps and also load the other Mack and that gravity wagon. That way, you can store it safely and get a little more off the field
@Otherrandomguy42 idk. Throw a tarps down to keep it out of the chains, or just turn them on I guess. I don't have any experience with most of this equipment .
@@billydeesullivan537 So why are you making such suggestions, if you donˋt have any experience with that equipment ? Don’t you think Duffy knows better about his stuff and what he can and canˋt do with it?
He gets up at 4 am, do you not want him to sleep at all. You do realise the days are short. Wasn't he getting the dump trailure ready, I know you suffer from, lack of braincells, but try and use what little, you have left.

Never tell you what to do chris. But give that old white truck some loving this spring. She deserves it. Have a good one

You're doing great Chris.
Hello Chris enjoyed your video have a great day.
Every load out is one closer to finishing your doing good . Stay safe and you will get it done in time if you rush that's when things go wrong
I think your auger was a good investment that way you don’t utilize your other trailer and get things done. Glad to see things are coming together and I hope your health gets better.
Man Duffy, you have a lot of Iowa people watching. Including me.
Great video. You are doing a fantastic job.
Way to stay after it, Chris. It sucks to see you hurting right in the middle of harvest. Stay healthy .
You can build all of the things with the best money can buy. When it's Snow, slush, and ice, none of it matters.
Nice harvest👍👍👍
geez u do a nice job of cutting corn
Keep on keeping on Duff your doing great! Hope your starting too feel better 👌
Another very interesting video Thank you and God bless you and your family 😊😊😊😊
Hi, am looking forward when you can build a large implement shed when time and money allow it, in the mean time keep on farming, you doing well👍😊
Some grain bins matter more at this point if he had storage on farm he coulda been done harvest 10 days ago.

You better get after those deer, especially if you’re planting soybeans next year.

Wish I was closer. I’d sure drive the green cart to help you out but I live in Wisconsin.
me too ,where at??
A věřte, že já taky.
Wisconsin they pay for leaving corn up i think either 6 or 9 rows for the snow and the deer
did you buy your seed for next year ???
It's a option in wisconsin
It is probably Iowa they have more since than Illinois. Did you find the hammer?
Minnesota pays to leave corn along interstate and highway
Down here in New York they pay Farmers to leave corn as a snow fence
Another daily dose of Duffy Ag!
It's iowa. They pay for 6 to I think 18 rows next to the highway
Minnesota does
Just a reminder if you have dear pressure that bad next year soybeans will not be very good because I love to leave on the plans
How is the kenworth doing
Shhhh sore point 😂

Where is the kenworth? It’s breaks down every load.
Hasn't broken down, as it was still driving.
I know some guys that has done continuous corn for 20 plus years

Iowa. Interstates and on highways.
How much more corn do you still got to harvest?
Is that a 500 bushel bin next to the hay barn for feed ? He'll I would fill it and the gravity wagon with no wheel . Lol
I think he said it has holes in the little bin. I agree though unless he scrapped the wagon I'd try and find the wheel/tire/hub it needs

Horns dont fill the freezer!
Chris you have had no major break downs with the farm machinry. I don't include the Kenworth, as that doesn't hold you back from farming.
Iowa and Nebraska they will pay u to leave corn along the highways

tyres junk and that squealing belt also if that continues yes winter is sometimes no fun on battery

w 9 trashed already?
Yup traded it for a volvo
Was it the turbo?
@MichaelKessler-f4t nope we will talk about it in a few video it should be rolling tomorrow afternoon
@jimmymortorff8847 watch the videos dude he explains where it's at.

Hey just remember if you switch to some beans you are going to not haul as much poop in the fall because you can't run beans in the snow.
