Today only i came across this video: there has been changes in gfr 2017 rules for GeM procurement limits duch as upto 25000 through any supplier, above 25000 and upto 5 lakh from seller having lowest price amongst atleast 3 diff. Manufacturer and above 5 lakh from lowest seller after mandatorily obtaining bids using online bidding and reverse auction. The relevant questions answered in the video are misleading. It must be scrapped from youtube.
