How To Install Jeep Wrangler TJ Lift Kit 1.5" Seat Risers

I show you how to install 1.5 Inch Seat risers in a Jeep Wrangler TJ. This video has every step you need to know, in order to install the 1.5 inch seat risers in your Jeep Wrangler TJ.
The job requires a 13mm socket for the smaller sized bolts. I used an 11/16 socket to fit on the larger sized bolt, as I did not have a 16mm socket on hand.

I just installed the rough country 1.25 risers. Also installed the seat extenders which gave me an additional 4 inches of leg space that i no longer need due to these risers lol

@@SwordInc You mention in the video at around 3:46 that the washer may fall through, so in accident the opposite could happen, the seat could break from the screw as the washer does not cover the area largely enough. I would also advise a larger washer.

What year Jeep is this in the video? I have an 04 TJ that does not have the driver side tumble seat and I’ve been wanting to swap it out, but not sure if it would work. I hate how they changed it to only having the passenger side as the tumble forward seat from 03-06

This one is a 98 SE. My 2004 Rubicon, the box fits perfectly
