I keep both vinyl and silicone babies in the same room but never do they touch! However I use the same clothing for both vinyl and silicones babies for years with no problems
Do you wash them between silicone and vinyl use? I noticed that it’s fine if I wash them but I worry about remembering what outfits have been on what baby so I keep them separate.
OMG! Those babies are simply gorgeous! Their coloring is awesome! I especially love Shannon, I also love her slightly open mouth, and you are right she does resemble Darrin. I can picture her with dark blonde wavy hair.

I actually don’t hang them, I do one side & then the other. I have a nursery just for them, I have a gate on the door so I’m the only one, in and out, no pets allowed. I also have an air filter in the room.

Hello, have u have any issue with Honest diapers leaving residue on vinyl n silicone limbs? There is another UA-camr said she have such issues, thanks
I haven’t but I rarely use them on my full body silicone because they are not as soft as Pampers brand.

Am I able to pick up my silicone doll and dress her and then play with my vinyl afterwards or should I wash anything I’ve touched her with first?
I would definitely wash your hands, I wash my hands before touching my silicone baby anyway so the oils from my hands don’t transfer. I also would not share clothes, blankets etc.
I still need to watch most of the video but I have a question. I heard from another Reborn mom that silicone should be able to touch vinyl very briefly- like for a photo- and it should be alright. Is that true? Asking because I collect hyper realistic horror props as well because most if not all of my babies are going to be alternative/horror and I was really wanting to do photos of some of them appearing to eat some silicone gingerdead men that I purchased. My babies are all vinyls so far and I paid a lot for each of them, so I don’t want them ruined.
I would never chance it, it’s not worth it to me

Where did you get those nice plus blankets. I want one in pink for my Sarah. Also should I move Sarah’s clothes from the same room as my vinyl babies room. Right now it’s hard to describe. But her clothes are in a mesh like metal drawer in the same cart like dresser. I’ve never had an issue with my dolls sharing clothes. But with Sarah being an extremely expensive silicone baby I don’t want her ruined. I keep Sarah in her very own bed in my room. I never put any other baby in her crib with her. It’s her bed. What about bottles, mine sorta share bottles. Sometimes I get it mixed up and realized later I used the vinyl babies bottle on Sarah.
I just get a special box or tote for my silicone babies clothes & only use things for them from their special box. It can be in the same room/ closet. I just do this so I don’t mix items up or forget. I usually only have two silicones at a time vs 10 vinyl dolls. So it’s easier just to put my silicone babies items in a special box. The blanket I found on Amazon brand is called Monlapin.
@@KitstoKradlesNursery Thanks, I’ll move Sarah’s stuff to my room. Boy does she a a lot too. I mean she’s got loads of stuff that fills at least 2 maybe 3 plastic totes. But it’s sounding like a good idea to move her stuff. Should I wash everything of hers first? Even in a different drawer do you think that’d be a good idea?
I always wash my babies clothes but just keeping them in a separate drawer, basket or plastic bin is fine. I have to do this just so I know what clothes belong to my silicone and what belongs to my vinyl babies. I hang my vinyl baby clothes up in the closet. I just get worried I will put clothes on a silicone, then without washing, will use it on a vinyl, and cause a reaction. I have way more clothes for my vinyl dolls so I hang those up and put my silicone clothes in plastic totes at the bottom of the closet. Hope this makes sense 😂

New subbie your reborns are beautiful. I have one reborn baby girl. I've had her for 5yrs now. I couldn't put her down when I first got her. I don't do many videos with her. Maybe in another year when things settle down I may buy another reborn not now.

I know you didn’t do this on purpose but both of these babies are my maiden last name of Courtney and my first name of Shannon so it was sort of a coincidence I really wish I had the money especially to buy the Courtney one because I love it but unfortunately I can’t afford it.
