That means that u probably've chosen wrong module (-m) parameter, go hashcat --help, scroll up find the right one (numbers from 9000 UP on the list I guess), check whitch exactly u use using cat YOURHASH.txt, it would be written in the beggining of the hash and visible. Then u have just to re-check your command. Eventually show me your hash so I can tell u which exactly should you be using.

@@sayasaya.mp4 if you want - paste here your full contents of hash you've got so I can try to manually adjust your hash before cracking process. You probably missuse hash-extracting module or cracking module itself.

Lost In Life you can simply reformat the drive from some live boot iso to remove the password you're referring to.
