I have a CS NOS Dakota Red 1963 from the same year.. It is the most amazing instrument. They had absolutely had magic with that run. Everyone I meet offers to buy it from me, and I would never sell it!

Nice to see Dan recognise Neil Finn for his guitar skills. Dude is really great at rhythm playing even if he is thought of more as a singer and a songwriter than a guitarist.
Absolutely love Mick and Dan! I have to say, though, Mary - I honestly believe there are now three peas in that pod! You are such a natural fit. When you were asking us at the start of Guitcon, what we would like to see from you, I almost suggested hanging with Mick and Dan as much as possible. I should have known it was inevitable that the three of you would attract each other. Thanks again for the great show.
Saw Mick play when he was 14 years old in a marquee in a field. Wasn't too shabby back then either.

Singing is great. I'm not good at it, but I started taking vocal lessons a few months ago. Then I fell in love with my vocal coach. Now I need a new vocal coach. Life's a bitch...

Amazing to have Dan & Mick on, not talk about pedals at all (almost no gear even) and them to still be informative and entertaining. Interesting to hear that Mick's mic was off for that jam night thing because as I was watching the video I thought "sounds like a harmony is missing" but not releasing why.
My Frankenstein selection would be Chet Atkins right and mark Knopfler left.....now that would be totally amazing.

Trouble I have with singing harmony is playing guitar simultaneously. My brain struggles to keep away from what the lead vocal or the guitar is doing and I end up dropping to the main melody. Singing the harmony line alone is easy enough, it's sticking to it whilst everything else is going on that I struggle with!
Like everything, it definitely gets easier with practice.
