Then 3 types of data
1.relevant data which is needed for the reader
2 Irrelevant data.
• out dated information
• repeated information
3 semirrelevant
When there is a shortage of word count we can include semi relevant data. It is important for the reader.
• First step identify relevant data. Note the semirrelevant. Remove Irrelevant data
• Second step
Arrange data's in paragraph as per the relevance.

Para3 other important details...medications

1. Understand the main issue. Here is the challenging part. There will be more than two issues in the case note . Once you can understand that you will succeed
2. Identify key words
3. Organise key words in a particular paragraph. Based on the priority
3. One paragraph should have one idea
4. Select the points related to that key word and arrange in a particular paragraph
5. First para should contain main issue
6. Second para should contain second issue
7. Third para can include semi relevant points , if the word count is less we can construct this paragraph
8. Recommendation para caninclude information and request
I think identifying the main issue and priorities the keywords in each para is the most challenging part in writing .

Choose relevant data according to the case note ie, to whom we write the letter.
You can add semirelevent data which is less important comparatively
But must avoid irrelevant data
As per this case note
Para 1 knee surgery

Para 3 medications
Para 4 recommendation/ request
Information plus request assistance
Comprehensive rehabilitation as per case
As generally to write a letter
Find issue, synonyms, expressions,try to bring them altogether

This is a basic step
🖍 Take the case note.
🖍 Just identify what is the issue.
🖍 Then go on circling all the synonyms, and synonymous expressions of the same word with the same colour, texture, and taste.
🖍Keep in mind whom we are writing to.
🖍 Try to bring them all together.
🖍 Try to arrange them in order
(Eg: Topic sentence with keyword, supporting sentence, developing sentence)
PEEL (point, explanation, evidence, link)
🖍 Clarity, conciseness and cohesion between sentences should be developed.
🖍 If it is clear then start selecting the relevant case note.

FOR FINDING THE PRIMARY ISSUE:
Read the case notes
check whole case notes speaks about what issue
Identify the issues1,2,3...
Identify the synonyms and synonyms expressions of the same
Circle all the key words
Different key words will be there
Brings them together
If possible try to order in a sequential order and clarity.
PARAGRAPH WRITING ORDER
There should be a relationship between each sentence in a paragraph and between paragraphs
Main issue should be in the 1st paragraph
Explain one problem in one paragraph
First write the problem - explain problem - causes of the problem (cause-1, cause-2,cause-3) - solution of the problem (solution-1,solution-2,solution-3) - caution/information(can give at the end).
EXAMPLE:
Try to visualize the situation in the hospital setup
Always keep a sequence in the mind like
The patient comes to the hospital

All tests
Findings which says the issue
Diagnosis
Medication
Treatment
Management.
