Dumarami na ang mga miyembro ng LGBTQIA+ community sa Quezon City na mayroong "Right to Care" card. Layon nitong bigyan ng karapatan ang LGBTQIA couples na magdesisyon para sa kanilang partners tuwing may medical emergencies.
