Just take a wrench to it it comes right off. So I can add a Milton dual head long chuck with a accurate gauge for my dually truck.

I think maybe they send you a refurb. Mine came with an official bag for the stems and a gauge cover.
It looks very similar to the one I bought at harbor freight.
