I've seen people say that this has helped then through tough times. I thought that was bullshit, but only because I've never experienced it. My parents argued though my childhood, and it's gotten worse. Now I'm actually understanding the miracles of music. Listening to this kind of music helps my stress, and has helped me cope with my issues.
