For any viewers: you don't want these when it's often windy on your track, nor when you have many athletes knocking them over. It's a pain in the ass if you have to often put them back together. At my T&F club we have: Polanic 'athletics champs' 25cm / 50cm hurdles with a foam wrapped tube, and the Polanic training hurdles shown at 0:07s. Those are nice. We have the 65cm > 1.07m and the 60cm > 91cm version. Small note: the smaller type has no counter weights.
