Where you put your focus you place your energy and energy comes from the present moment so when you put in your focus on the present moment now you have a lot of energy. Whenever you start placing your energy and what you don't want or where you don't want you are wasting it because you are not investing it correctly. Investing in energy means to put your energy in things that will give you more energy just like investing money on money.
I have noticed my mood drop when I stop taking Omega 3 and stopped going out for walks. Just this week my anxiety was up and a I was in a really low mood I felt like crying but without reason. So as of yesterday I decided to take omega 3 again and went for for a walk just this morning.I'm feeling much better already. Funny to see this video pop up on my home page the same day particularly give I had had a really bad energy dip on Wednesday Thursday last week after eating a lot of sugar in those few days which is unusual for me. I had also stop walking and taking omega 3 for a about to weeks. Thanks Chaps . Ps I also had my gut biome check and am awaiting the results, my wifes came back with both low dopamine and serotonin leaves despite her doing most of the things needed to boost it. If you were using your MacBook or PC you may have better luck with the audio sync with your phone. If you need to use your computer they sell apps that will fix the audio latency issues (coming from myself in Live TV)
However, what kind of parameters should be in place for people in jeopardy of developing heart failure? Too much fluid flowing through the pump can weaken the pump.
