Thank you for sharing, looks like a job well done... :) Can you please tell me what brand and model of impact wrench you are using? Does it have adjustable torque?
It's Makita impact driver, it has capability of 100Nm but when using joint the actual force will be a bit lower and therefore it will not break the glow plug. It's always important to give heat and a hammer wakeup if there is problems with plugs. Better to leave it with penetration oil over night or couple than break the plug. Please feel free to search also OM606 glow plug change, there was some problems to get plugs away. ua-cam.com/video/E5ztQ5JetUM/v-deo.html
Hello', Thanks for tutorial, very helpful! I have 2 glow plug damaged, the 2 and 7 ( as the diagnosis says) but I don't know what are the 2 o 7 because I don't know the criteria of cylinder. Do you know how the cylinder are "numerated"? Thanks in advance for help me.
Yes, if you watch front of the car it's in the left side of engine, follow the wires there. There is two black connectors for both cylinder heads and one thick wire with 13 mm isolated bolt.
