There is too much fake influencers in the industry, you are a welcomed addition to the reasonable level headed part of fitness community :). I'll only use protein powder as a last resort backup for those times when I'm just too tired or lazy to eat real food. Bananas & breakfast burritos are my thing. BTW, technical criticism: the music drowned out your voice, and it was also stereo unbalanced (left channel bias).

Which do you prefer, myprotein or on? I recently switched from ON cookies and cream to MP cookies and cream. MP feels too thick
I prefer myprotein. I think it is thicker, I kinda like that though! But having it so much I think that MP is just much better value. If your not a fan of the thicker type shakes have you tried the clear whey?
