We went to Kingsbury dinner buffet on 23rd December 2023, it was so chaotic and refill of dishes took ages. We couldn't find a waiter to place our drink order and eventually the restaurant manager took the order. The staff (especially the guy behind Sushi corner serving Sashinmi) was unfriendly except for the guy serving ice cream. Everyone speaks very highly of the Kingsbury buffet unfortunately our experience was not that great.
The loudness you mentioned was true. But i didnt notice others. May be they act nice when they know im recording from the camera. But you are the first said about bad exp

Before you decide to go, you may consider below bitter experiences that experienced by us.⚠️
This is advertised as a stationed buffet but we experienced it as a simple buffet where we have to find some staff member to get a glass of mild water and most of the time, we had to clean our table by ourselves to prepare for our next dish after looking and waiting for a staff member😤🤮. However, it seems like the staff members are serving well for their regular customers and larger groups like family dinners😒. In my experience and my personal opinion, in the hospitality industry, the customer is the king and each and every customer should be treated as same and as 1st priority🥺. But we couldn't see that from this staff on that day. The receptionist only could show us a pleasant face only during our check out.😂 You can't expect beverages from this buffet and those are charged separately. In overall, these moody and negligent expressions made us very uncomfortable at the beginning and it also killed our apatite on the day marking this dinner buffet and the hotel into our "Never Go Again" list.
So, if you're simply ok with these issues, rhese are the benefits you may get from this dinner buffet.😊

The chefs are doing a great job since you can have a large variety food range with mouthwatering taste👏. You can experience the cousins like Japanese, Indian, Sri Lankan and international. The seafood and meat items were great.
The desert section shall offer you a variety wonderful dishes that may increase you hunger, again.👏
You can get customised pasta, noodles and salads from this buffet.
With these benefits, yes it is worth your money and to add your memories.
Do you think the range of foods are less than i showed ... when its crowded ,its difficult to catch a staff member to clean the tables. Its true.. 😒
