I too have a love for journals and they started to pile up so last year I started using one to write down my yearly achievements/milestones (so years down the road I'll actually know what I've been doing with my life) and another as a vision book. I pass everything I learn onto my kids so I require them to write obstacle prevention ideas on their goal agendas.

they don't work for the people that don't think it will. I can honestly attest to you, that they do WORK. The only thing I can say is find out for yourself.
Yesssss! I just started reading tht book. And yes thoughts always pops into my head, and I have literally lil pieces of paper with things I have jotted down....so I will now have to get a Fancy journal because I collect notebooks to write In and dont afraid someone will pick it up and read my thoughts..now this vision board I have yet to work on not sure wht to put on it and wht is too much.....but I love your video and your advice . Your hair looks marvelous!
