Dealing with depression (one of the reasons i smoke, because it works better than any fucking pill i've ever taken) i find myself every day thinking how i don't want to grow old, i want to die at 50 tops, you know? i'm already very unhappy to add old age and age related sickness to the whole ordeal that is my life.... but watching tommy chong makes me wanna grow old, is that weird?

Brilliant episode. The guest were both excellent oldbies. Tommy did much of story telling which i loved. All the insight and inaide info from his past i enjoy. Kyle Kinane is always a good guest and he did a good job filling in any empty spaces with comedy. Doug did a great job balancing hosting, allowing Chong to share and interjecting with his own comedy insight and personal experience.
Whenever Kyle did say something it was hilarious though! "You know, hanging out with the Beatles is cool and all Tommy.." hahahaha, my favorite episode so far!
Just discovered this show. It's great, because for....ahem...legal reasons I can't smoke at the moment. So until I can I'm living vicariously through Doug and his guests.

One of the problems with youtube, is that you watch one video, and then all of a sudden you are spammed marketed videos in all of the video suggestion places, thus narrowing down available videos to rackets that youtube video hosters have set up.
What you perceive as success by marketing your videos and getting plays, and selling more marketing, has become a public nuisance along with a few others. Your videos are cool and all, but I don't really want to see it in my suggested playlist every day.

Marcus Molineaux Your problem is with UA-cam as you stated but yet you're going off on one at Doug Benson. This is how things are done at the moment, if you had full control of your market, would you REALLY go out your way to make it less annoying for some people just to reduce your own earnings even though UA-cam would do it either way with or without you? Seems like you would just lose revenue for people to have the same issue.

I feel like Doug is afraid of awkward pauses (he has mentioned how he likes to have structure and make it a show), so we keep seeing multiple guests. Doug the concept of this show is great. As you do more episodes it is clear, 40 minutes flies by. You don't need 3-4 heads trying to have a conversation to fill time. I would say only bring on 2 guests if it makes sense, like the Abbi and Ilana episode would have been fine with those two.

Hey just got a stoned idea. How about we hear (read) youtube commenters high history? I'll go first. I was 13 it was summer break before grade 8. My older sister had her boyfriend (now husband) over. My dad was at work they asked if i wanted to smoke weed. First i said "no thank you, why don't you get the cat high" which they proceeded to do. Later that night they asked a second time, now in my head i thought "well the cat is totally fine i should be ok" they went ahead and rolled a two gram joint that we smoked. I got obliterated and went outside where i proceeded to munch out on the raspberry bushes on our property for the next two hours. Well thats my high history, looking forward to seeing others. DJAPK I like Chong as well...though I do feel like some of his comedy (bits) are a little bad for the Legalization Movement (ie. stoners are lazy, stoners are forgetful, etc). I have been a fan of Kinane's for about 4-5 years now, so I am so happy that he was on this show.

He said that the stoner's need to get into green businesses now before it's completely legalized and the giant corporations try to take over take over the market. Getting in on the ground floor is somewhat risky, but there could be good money. Even if it's only moderately successful, you can retire on what you get from selling your business to a giant corporation.

Florida voted 4-3 to have medical marijuana placed on the ballot at the end of 2014. Over 73% of the state is suspected to be pro-legalization. If in the election at the end of this year results in medical marijuana as well as Charlie Crist being voted in for Governor, it will be legalized in Florida within 2 years. Soon, my fellow stoners, soon; the USA will legalize this wonderful plant and we shall all rejoice!
