    hello EmRatTich.Thank you for this great videos. Since I saw this video, I got a lot better. The key points were that the coaches did not tell me. Should weight transfer be done in backand topspin close the table or be done for far the tabe? How about? What are the differences between the two backand topsin close and far the table?share video about backhand topspin far the table please.thanks alot

    it looks like her hand with the ball drops below the table. isn't that a service fault?

    • @canicetang8837
      @canicetang8837 7 років тому +1

      Yeah, as a table tennis referee. All her serves would be faulted for at least 4 reasons.

      Canice Tang as a service judge can you comment on why at the pro level it seems not all the rules are consistently enforced? for example, in China Open versus Hari, it appeared that Dimi's hand and ball dropped below the table (even the commentator mentioned it) and it wasn't called.

      Yes, you are right absolutely. Often with Dima, you can only see half the ball visible on the table. Especially when he is doing his 'Tomahawk' Serve which required extremely low toss to make it effective.
      As I said many times, it is the job of the table tennis umpires to call the service infractions without hesitation. Most of them were too afraid or just unaware of the tricks most players, even at professional levels got away with.

    Illegal serves on all her tosses. 1. Hiding the ball below the table. 2. Curved fingers at all times. 3. Never tossing the ball with her open palm but slinging it with her curved fingers. 4. Not even sure if the toss was 6 inches.
    Techniques were good but demonstration videos should follow the ITTF guidelines. Otherwise, none of those serves will count.

      I'm tired of those comments. Nobody cares about those fucking rules if the ball is clearly visible and the toss 4 inches high. Not in amateur leagues and even not really in pro leagues, because every game would have to be stopped.

      @Chas If you don't want to play by so-called 'fucking rules'. Then just get lost! Don't bother to play at any sanctioned tournaments. You can play in whatever rules you wanted.
      Umpires are bounded by the rules to ensure fairness for everyone. You are the kind of people who want to cheat to get ahead. So why play then if you don't even bother to improve and learn about the sport?
      You are the exact type of troll who talks tough but probably doesn't even worth much. So keep hiding yourself okay? Hopefully when you have the guts to sign up for a tournament, you wouldn't have to face an umpire like me because I will toss your lily ass out of court so fast that you wouldn't even needed to finish the first game. And I have done so in many occasions.

      Yes fucking rules, because no one can measure tosses exactly without a reply. So for us amateurs, those rules are unpracticable. And lol my tosses are pretty correct, but I don't mind if my opponents throw under the conditions I wrote earlier and I see this as a challenge for me. But I see so many comments under table tennis videos, which are only trying to bitch about the fucking tosses to push their own egos and get "likes "and don't care about the actual topic... and that bothers me

      Beginner amateurs are nothing. But for ranked players, extra rotations on the ball prior to the impact of the racket is huge. It is not about ego but fairness for all.
      That's why in the modern game. Former enhancing tools such as boosters are banned.
      If that alone bothers you. Then you have problem playing any organized sports because they all have 'rules'.

      The toss is clearly high enough for me because you can use the width of the racket as a rough reference which is about 6". What about Ma Long serve which hidden by his head?
