Man this looks so good! I just made some South American empanadas yesterday with lentils in them and pebre salsa to it. But I so want to try this! I've been looking for more African recipes as well so this Nigerian one is perfect. I love making recipes from all around the world and usually I veganize them myself but this one already is! It's beautifully shot and edited too.
