Bags attached to bags seems like a ploy to sell more bags. The tin foil suits were hilarious, good for keeping warm in natural disasters and the rescue helicopter can find you too.
Artistically, I quite enjoyed this show. I am uncertain about some of the clothes, but to be frank, I don't hang out at the sort of events these outfits are made for, so what would I know! The suitcase backpacks do not look good at all, too big to be a backpack and probably way too heavy. I like my luggage to be on wheels. They could be fun to keep at home exclusively for in-house storage. Though I must say, I thought I had mis-read the title of the video and that I was watching a Fendi show. On the plus side, I really loved all the colours, the red, the purple.
I'm not a fan of the new Balmain but the red coat with the gold accessories was exquisite! On another note, reality tv stars and mass globalization have, in my opinion, ruined the aura, mystic and caliber of these historic fashion houses. Sorely, the glamour, eleganza and je nais se quois of the past has wistfully faded and has been replaced by boorish, tacky and unbridled consumerism.

Survivalist gear high fashion! 😆

Love to see you reacting to the new Undercover A/W show.
I really thought that was somehow a Balmain/Fendi cooperation 😂 until you mention it. I’m ok with the orange/red as a pop of color.

Haha! These days, with some brands, its easy to think one is the other and vice versa! Haha! Says a lot about the brands ;)
I only liked the big paper airplane bags.
They are like some novelty leather pouches... I guess.. haha
First comment this is not very Balmain because they would have a more structured silhouette but they change is welcome I love the pieces.
