    Great video, as always!
What’s your opinion on shampoo bars or conditioner bars? I started making my own hair products after watching your videos, and they’ve been amazing for my hair! 😊😍 I can’t thank you enough.
When I’m in a hurry, I tend to use bars because I don’t have to wait as long for them to work… 😢
Now, I’m using your suggestions and recipes every 15 days 🙌🏽. I keep them stored in my cooler to stay fresh.

You supporting my channel and posting your comments ALWAYS make me smile☺️I’m so happy to hear that you’ve started to make your own hair products, they make such a difference to our hair and I’m glad they’re working for you🥰
I purchased some shampoo bars the other day, I’ve never tried them before so thought I would film the process of me using them and upload the tutorial/review/results on my channel - I’m curious to see how they will make my hair feel.
Thanx again for your continued support, I really appreciate it❤️❤️

@ The brand I bought is called Soap Girl, and I loved it because it has ingredients you recommend, like hibiscus and clay. I’ve already used it twice, and I liked the results as well.

Awww this is great to know because I was a little nervous about using shampoo bars in my hair. I feel a bit better about giving it a try now lol. I bought some from Henna Sooq. Think I may try the brand you’ve used as well☺️💕

@@MindfullyRooted I actually swear by shampoo bars I’ve been using it for 3+ years now and it’s so moisturizing there’s just something about it and it cleans so well. And you actually save more money.

I have watched your videos over the last couple of weeks. You have inspired/encouraged me to go back to using my hair teas, clays, butters and oils that works great on my hair.
I was currently using a brand that is black owned but noticed that on the label it did not say phthalates free. So I tried to reach out to her on IG and I sent her an email, and so far she has not responded. I believe the fragrance has Phthalates in it that is why she is not responding. I will no longer purchase her products.
I enjoy hair content like this. Thank you! 😊

Good to hear that you are doing your due diligence and I seriously commend you for that. Please do try going back to your natural ingredients, I cannot believe the BIG positive difference it has made to my hair, scalp and health in general. I truly appreciate you watching the video and commenting and am glad to hear that you are putting your healthy hair care into your own hands - it's important for brands to answer our very important questions and if they are not able to or choose not to we must take matters into our own hands. Onwards and upwards with your healthy hair care and please do keep me updated on how you are getting on with it❣

I love this. How do you get your clay&herb shampoo to become a paste?

    • @MindfullyRooted
      @MindfullyRooted  3 години тому

Thank you so much☺️the consistency of my clay will depend on the amount of water or aloe juice I add. If I want it to be quite runny I add more water (I prefer it quite runny as it’s easier for me to rinse out), but sometimes I like it as a paste so I’ll add less water until it’s like a thick yoghurt consistency. Hope this helps but if not please do let me know lol💕

My hair is very fine and it’s taken quite some time to be able to learn how to look after it because it can be easily damaged and I think I’m finally on the right path. I’ll be sharing so much in the near future especially on how I grew back my edges naturally as well as some other useful videos relating to fine natural hair, so I really do hope they’ll help you. Thanx again for your support, it’s appreciated more than you know🙌🏾🥰❤️

You are right about it. I’m happy you’re in this space because naturals need to know that ALL natural products are the healthiest choice for their hair.
In my mind it’s whole products vs processed products akin to Whole Foods vs processed foods. Those who are serious about their health know all natural & whole is best.
Somewhere along the line the natural hair movement diverged from true natural hair care and that has been tragic for the health of the hair and the person. But a boom for these brands.
I’ve even noticed creators that began their journeys promoting DIY and all natural products have created products lines that are NOT that betraying the public trust selling them methods that did not get them where they are.
    Appreciate you.

This comment means so much to me as you truly are the professional on this topic, I appreciate you taking the time to watch and comment and I hope that people read your comment and check out your channel/videos because there is much to learn and people can really learn a lot about what you teach.
I always compare whole foods to organic hair ingredients and to me and many others like yourself, we understand that it's a fact that natural will always be best for our health in comparison to synthetic.
I too have noticed creators gear off the path of healthy hair practices and start promoting the complete opposite 😪absolutely everything you said resonates with me and I'm just so happy to hear that I'm not the only one who actually cares about the health of our hair and health overall.
Thank you so much sis - you are truly needed in this space and I appreciate you💝

About the same if I deep condition. So no need for me to deep condition every time I wash so far. Thanks again for the video.
